Refund and Replacement Policy

At Pratham Devgad Alphonso and Products, we take great pride in the quality of our fruits and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund or replacement policy in place to ensure that your experience is as positive as possible.

Eligibility for Refund:

For Grades B, C, D, and E ( Mango having weight in grams – 250, 225, 200, 175 )

To be eligible for a refund for above mentioned category (Grades B, C, D, and E ), you must contact us with a good video or images as proof within 10 days of receiving your order. After this time period, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement. We will only issue a refund or replacement for fruits that are deemed to be defective or not of good quality and only if more than 2 mangoes per dozen get spoiled.  (spoilage includes – damage during transport, Spongy tissue, uneven ripening, etc) Since fruits are perishable items, we can not give a 100% guarantee. Also if you received any damaged parcel (box) you should inform us within 6 hours of receiving the parcel. We keep the right to decide on refund or replacement as per the availability of products. We kindly request feedback from you to know the reason for the spoiling of fruits and improve our service. We invite you to fill out the following form.

For Grades J and A ( Mango having weight in grams – 300 and 275 )

To be eligible for a refund for above mentioned category (Grades J and A ), you must contact us with a good video or images as proof within 10 days of receiving your order. After this time period, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement. We will only issue a refund or replacement for fruits that are deemed to be defective or not of good quality and only if more than 60% of mangoes per dozen get spoiled.  (spoilage includes – damage during transport, Spongy tissue, uneven ripening, etc) Since fruits are perishable items, we can not give a 100% guarantee. Also if you received any damaged parcel (box) you should inform us within 6 hours of receiving the parcel. We keep the right to decide on refund or replacement as per the availability of products. Processing the Refund or Replacement:

Once we receive the video and images of the respective defective fruit, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this refund policy. If they do, we will process the refund or replacement and notify you by email. In case of a refund, please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited to your account. We will give you details regarding the new dispatched package if we conclude replacement.
